    The process, from initial consultation to final feedback, typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the evaluation and your child’s needs.

  5. Are bilingual assessments available?
    Bilingual assessments are available for children who speak both English and another language, ensuring language and cultural factors are properly considered.

  6. What is the cost of an evaluation?
    Costs vary based on the type of assessment and its complexity. For specific pricing, please contact the office. Our fees start at 1950.00 however, some referral sources receive discounts. Please check with your individual psychologist for pricing. A limited number of free assessments are offered annually for families who meet specific needs criteria.

  7. Are recommendations for educational accommodations provided?
    After the evaluation, recommendations are given that can support your child in school, such as individualized education programs (IEPs), 504 Plans, or homeschool adaptations.

  8. Are medications recommended as part of the process?
    The focus is on natural, holistic strategies to address your child’s needs. Medical professionals is solely up to the parent, but the professional emphasis remains on alternative solutions.

    Scheduling can be done by contacting the office directly via email. An initial consultation will be set up to discuss your child’s needs.

    Relevant school reports, previous evaluations, teacher observations, and any IEP or 504 Plan documentation should be brought to ensure a thorough understanding of your child’s background.
